Classic potato cakes made from 100% Swedish potatoes from selected growers. Made on finely grated potatoes and cooked in rapeseed oil to be extra crispy and good. Cook them easily in an oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes, or fry them on low heat. Serve with Felix's raw lingonberries and you will have a really delicious meal.
