Skogaholmslimpan is a beloved Swedish classic, which tastes just like a loaf should taste. Soft, juicy and reasonably sweet, baked with the same care now as when it was first baked over 90 years ago. The loaf is still free-baked, so that it can ferment out free to the nice loaf form. Breakfast, excursion, snack or night food does not matter. The Skogaholm loaf is always just as good.
