Felix Boston Cucumber - the original of chopped cucumber mix of finely diced cucumber, onion, pepper & mustard seeds. Popular condiment for falu sausage in the oven, other sausage dishes, for meatballs and dishes with mashed potatoes. The vast majority of Felix cucumbers are hand-picked by own growers in southern Sweden. Since the weather plays a major role in the harvest, it sometimes happens that you have to import a small amount of cucumbers from abroad.
